I am 92 years old and live in a 3 storey town house. 18 months ago I was beginning to find the stairs difficult and did not wish to move. I contacted Dolphin Stair lifts as I was concerned that the angles and narrow stairs would not be suitable for a stair lift. They came very swiftly and reassured me that it was possible. Within two months all the necessary measurements, ordering and fitting was done. To fit they came at 9am and were finished by 3pm with me having a trial run in the lift. I am so pleased with the finished result and it looks so neat and good on the stairs.
A year later I was getting very slow walking out doors, although I still persevere. I decided to ask Dolphin about a mobility scooter and they came up trumps again, I am very happy with my scooter.
I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I have received, courteous, efficient and most of all kind.
