We have had a stair lift fitted this morning and the technician was amazing. He was professional and had a great work ethic. He was accomadating to the needs of the user and was empathetic in his nature ensuring that she was comfortable and reassuring her of the use of lift. Five star service.

Lewis and the dolphin gang were top drawer. Friendly, efficient service from a local company at a tough time for the family. They removed our family’s stairlift with ease and even took it away with them. Highly recommend for all your stairlift needs. Cheers Lewis

The men that came to install my stair lift were amazing polite helpful and friendly tided up after themselves which included hovering. and showed me how to use the stair lift they even took the rubbish away if I could give more than 5 * I would thank you so much

Just want to call out Gary our stairlift installer for doing such a great job this morning on dad’s lift. Really great chap, polite, patient, tidy and super efficient got the work done real quick and really well done. I’d defo recommend the Stannah stairlift and installer Gary. 10/10! 🤩

We have had an initial survey by Adam and all was very satisfactory; he was able to suggest solutions to awkward layout problems that other firms had struggled with.

It was a brilliant experience from the initial call to arrange a survey, the actual survey itself, the speed that the installation was arranged and the actual time that the installation took to complete. The installation engineer Leigh was brilliant and well presented and made sure we understood and was happy with everything before he left. The lift itself is brilliant, easy to use and makes my life so much easier for me to get up and down my stairs. Thank you to all concerned.

Dolphin Devon are a lovely family run business, very considerate, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Expertly maintaining a stairlift and mobility scooter for us for many years.
