I arranged for my mother to have a stairlift fitted and she and I were both delighted with the service we received. The time and care taken to ensure the lift she chose was right was for her was personal and professional and when it was time to have the lift removed it was done efficiently and with sympathy.

Had our chair lift fitted today, 19th January.
Fitted by Gary. He did an excellent job. Explained all to us and demonstrated the chair lift with my husband in the chair.
Couldn’t have gone better. We are very pleased with his work.

Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. Hello everyone , i am registered blind with a guide dog and have other medical issues . We have had a stair lift fitted yesterday WOW we are so so happy with it it will make our life more easier for us . Very polite friendly and helpful engineer who cleaned up after himself and showed us how to work the stair lift he was 100% thank you . We have told our housing officer how good you are and will recommend you to everyone thank you so much from Debra .
