The Dolphin South West team are fully qualified Trusted Assessors. This accreditation enables them to assess an individual’s needs and recommend the most suitable equipment to support safe, confident, and independent living at home.
Our Trusted Assessors carry out comprehensive assessments, focusing on each person’s strengths and capabilities. They take time to understand the daily activities people want to achieve and offer practical, person-centred suggestions on the most suitable equipment and adaptations. Their advice is completely impartial and based solely on what will best support independent living.
Our team received their training and assessment through TACT (Trusted Assessing and Care Training), a national training provider based in Devon. TACT is accredited by OCN London, and all TACT trainers are Occupational Therapists (OTs) with specialist expertise in independent living.
