Coffee and Cake at Dolphin Stairlifts raising funds for Force Cancer Charity!

We are delighted to be hosting a cake sale to support Force Cancer research on the 20th April at Dolphin Stairlifts. What better way to give to charity than treating yourselves to some yummy cake and a coffee! Pop in to us between 10am – 4pm!

We contacted Perry and the team for advice after my Granddad fell ill, they came out and gave great advice, fitting of a stair lift and after care. We have been so impressed that we used them again for my grandmother. She had a new stairlift fitted after moving house and we were even able to buy some mobility items to help her navigate the house. Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and compassion in what were difficult times.

Excellent customer service, delightful people

I have recently purchased a refurbished stairlift from the lovely people at Dolphin stairlifts. They are a very accommodating family firm who listen to your needs and suggest the best solutions offering a very personal service. From Perry who did the survey and Sean who did the installation to the lovely Natalie in the office they are all delightful people who are only too pleased to help, so if you are looking to replace or purchase a first stairlift I would highly recommend you contact the Dolphin company and have a chat with them first.
They do not pressure you to take out a service contract and if you are on a budget their prices are very reasonable, don’t think you will find a company to beat them! Thank you Dolphin 👍

Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..

Perry measured up and was extremely helpful in working the design without any adjustments, to our contemporary staircase. Very necessary was a floating pillar, over our original terracotta flooring!

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again.
