I have recently purchased a refurbished stairlift from the lovely people at Dolphin stairlifts. They are a very accommodating family firm who listen to your needs and suggest the best solutions offering a very personal service. From Perry who did the survey and Sean who did the installation to the lovely Natalie in the office they are all delightful people who are only too pleased to help, so if you are looking to replace or purchase a first stairlift I would highly recommend you contact the Dolphin company and have a chat with them first.
They do not pressure you to take out a service contract and if you are on a budget their prices are very reasonable, don’t think you will find a company to beat them! Thank you Dolphin 👍

Fantastic experience throughout, would absolutely recommend.

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves.
