All the staff & engineers are so helpful & a very quick response when I had a problem with the stair lift.

First class. The mechanic understood why the footrest was not extending and fixed it with the right replacement.
Recent annual service of nearly 10 year old stairlift performed quickly and efficiently. We made enquiries about replacing the seat which was getting a bit worn and the company indicated that they had refurbished units available at a decent saving from new.

From our experience of dealing with Dolphin over a number of years, as a top rate company Dolphin fully deserve 5 star rating. The ladies in the office that deal with queries or arrange service bookings are most helpful and very pleasant to speak to, unfortunately we have no names. All the engineers that have visited us are very professional and effective. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They include Neal, Sean,Adam, Ben and Lewis. Apologies to any I have missed. Great service from all.
