Rocking around the Christmas Tree!

‘Rocking around the Christmas Tree!’ – that’s exactly what all the team were up to on Saturday, as we spent a lovely night at The Fingle Glen Hotel at Tedburn St. Mary. To mark the occasion, we’ve put a tree on our ‪Stannah‬ ‪‎stairlift‬ today. A stairlift can make a ‘tree-mendous’ difference to your life if you’re finding the stairs a struggle in your home.

The engineer was a wonderful chap, he did a lovely service and couldn’t do enough to help.

Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..

We have used this company for years now for our two wheel chair lifts and one stair lift and the service is excellent. Its a family business and they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to everybody for installing our stairlift. Perry who came and measured; Neil who installed and patiently demonstrated how to use it, several times. Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional, but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. It’s made such a difference. Cannot recommend more highly.
