Stiltz Installation video

This is a fantastic example of a Stiltz Duo+ recently installed in a stair void. Working alongside Carpenters and Electricians, we were able to beautifully create a seamless journey for this customer.

Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..
