My Uncle had a stairlift fitted by you and I would like to say what an absolutely excellent service you provide. The first person I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and got back to me with a query instantly. The engineer who fitted the stairlift was brilliant. He was extremely polite and pleasant. He was so approachable with any questions we asked. He did an amazing job, leaving no mess and we could not believe the job he did hiding the electric cable. He is an absolute credit to your firm. It was installed today by Gary. He arrived on time. He was helpful, friendly and professional. He had particular patience with my 95 year old mum.
Perry, who did the initial visits, was similarly professional and patient. As indeed were Sam the electrician and Dave the carpenter.

The carpenter, Dave, took care altering our staircase railings in order to keep the appearance of no alterations.
Gary came the next day to fit the chairlift.
He went above & beyond to make the power supply as hidden away as possible. He even moved some wine bottles to do this 😀.
All workmanship was of a high standard & both men were a delight to have in the house.
