Access BDD Regional Manager (Northern Europe) Rick Bennet also joined us for the day in recognition of our achievement.

I would recommend this company without any reservations at all.
The carpenter, Dave, took care altering our staircase railings in order to keep the appearance of no alterations.
Gary came the next day to fit the chairlift.
He went above & beyond to make the power supply as hidden away as possible. He even moved some wine bottles to do this 😀.
All workmanship was of a high standard & both men were a delight to have in the house.

I was in a very awkward situation not being able to move furniture in and out of our flat due to stairlift narrowing the stairway down, after ringing numerous chairlift companies who gave me very long waiting times, my next call was Dolphin stairlifts well what can I say the young lady on the end of the phone was so obliging she managed to fit us in within days to their already busy work load, it doesn’t end there the engineer Ben was a dream to help sort out our little problem nothing was too much for him, so, so abliging he was brilliant, so I would like to say a big thank you to Dolphin stairlifts a great company and the kind of service you don’t find every day.
