A fantastic job from start to finish from the first visit from Perry then Dave to do the woodwork side to Neil fitting the stairlift in half a day.

It was installed today by Gary. He arrived on time. He was helpful, friendly and professional. He had particular patience with my 95 year old mum.
Perry, who did the initial visits, was similarly professional and patient. As indeed were Sam the electrician and Dave the carpenter.

I was in a very awkward situation not being able to move furniture in and out of our flat due to stairlift narrowing the stairway down, after ringing numerous chairlift companies who gave me very long waiting times, my next call was Dolphin stairlifts well what can I say the young lady on the end of the phone was so obliging she managed to fit us in within days to their already busy work load, it doesn’t end there the engineer Ben was a dream to help sort out our little problem nothing was too much for him, so, so abliging he was brilliant, so I would like to say a big thank you to Dolphin stairlifts a great company and the kind of service you don’t find every day.

Fitted by Gary. He did an excellent job. Explained all to us and demonstrated the chair lift with my husband in the chair.
