I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves. Finally, the technicians which fitted the lift were friendly and professional throughout the fitting and made an effort to work around our requirements.

Fitted stairlift very good fitter said there would be a slight admin if I needed new carpet to lift stairlift £300 a day as you can’t lift stairlift fit carpet and replace daily in one day
