This is just a quick note to wish you a Happy New Year and to thank you again for your extraordinary engineering skill in giving us such a brilliant chair lift. It goes up three floors and around three hairpin bends. I marvel at its construction every evening when I make my way to the top of the house. It works perfectly day after day. I arranged for my mother to have a stairlift fitted and she and I were both delighted with the service we received. The time and care taken to ensure the lift she chose was right was for her was personal and professional and when it was time to have the lift removed it was done efficiently and with sympathy.

Fitted stairlift very good fitter said there would be a slight admin if I needed new carpet to lift stairlift £300 a day as you can’t lift stairlift fit carpet and replace daily in one day
