The first person I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and got back to me with a query instantly. The engineer who fitted the stairlift was brilliant. He was extremely polite and pleasant. He was so approachable with any questions we asked. He did an amazing job, leaving no mess and we could not believe the job he did hiding the electric cable. He is an absolute credit to your firm.
