Hello everyone , i am registered blind with a guide dog and have other medical issues . We have had a stair lift fitted yesterday WOW we are so so happy with it it will make our life more easier for us . Very polite friendly and helpful engineer who cleaned up after himself and showed us how to work the stair lift he was 100% thank you . We have told our housing officer how good you are and will recommend you to everyone thank you so much from Debra .

I called Dolphin Stairlifts on behalf of my mother in law, this was the first experience with them, a survey was carried out methodically and quoted for in a very efficient manner.
On a successful and very competitive quote, along with the speed in which Dolphin Stairlifts reacted to our requirements we decided to select their business, the engineer arrived and started the work, he was courteous polite and very professional, my mother in law felt great confidence in him to do a good job, which he did.
The staff at Dolphin continually offered advice regarding the installation and anything required in the future would not be an issue.

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves. Finally, the technicians which fitted the lift were friendly and professional throughout the fitting and made an effort to work around our requirements.

Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional, but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people.
PS about the complaint below about a £70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company £160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.
