I was in a very awkward situation not being able to move furniture in and out of our flat due to stairlift narrowing the stairway down, after ringing numerous chairlift companies who gave me very long waiting times, my next call was Dolphin stairlifts well what can I say the young lady on the end of the phone was so obliging she managed to fit us in within days to their already busy work load, it doesn’t end there the engineer Ben was a dream to help sort out our little problem nothing was too much for him, so, so abliging he was brilliant, so I would like to say a big thank you to Dolphin stairlifts a great company and the kind of service you don’t find every day.

Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..

Fitted by Gary. He did an excellent job. Explained all to us and demonstrated the chair lift with my husband in the chair.
Couldn’t have gone better. We are very pleased with his work.
