The fitter (Gary) who came to install the stairlift was extremely helpful and respectful. He performed the fitting without any fuss and instructed my elderly mother on the use of the stairlift very well. I would highly recommend Dolphin and Gary to anyone requiring a stairlift.

We have used this company for years now for our two wheel chair lifts and one stair lift and the service is excellent. Its a family business and they genuinely care about their customers. For us the equipment is vital and we cannot afford for them to break down. Whenever anything happens we log a call and they come straight out without any fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everybody for installing our stairlift. Perry who came and measured; Neil who installed and patiently demonstrated how to use it, several times. Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional, but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. It’s made such a difference. Cannot recommend more highly.

I was in a very awkward situation not being able to move furniture in and out of our flat due to stairlift narrowing the stairway down, after ringing numerous chairlift companies who gave me very long waiting times, my next call was Dolphin stairlifts well what can I say the young lady on the end of the phone was so obliging she managed to fit us in within days to their already busy work load, it doesn’t end there the engineer Ben was a dream to help sort out our little problem nothing was too much for him, so, so abliging he was brilliant, so I would like to say a big thank you to Dolphin stairlifts a great company and the kind of service you don’t find every day.

Hello everyone , i am registered blind with a guide dog and have other medical issues . We have had a stair lift fitted yesterday WOW we are so so happy with it it will make our life more easier for us . Very polite friendly and helpful engineer who cleaned up after himself and showed us how to work the stair lift he was 100% thank you . Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..

Fantastic experience throughout, would absolutely recommend.

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves. Finally, the technicians which fitted the lift were friendly and professional throughout the fitting and made an effort to work around our requirements.

We had an excellent experience with Dolphin Stairlifts and would highly recommend using them.
