If I could give Gary more than 5 stars I would! He was so professional, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and thorough when he came to fit the stairlift I recommend him highly. He was also exceptionally kind to my elderly father.

Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people.
PS about the complaint below about a £70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company £160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.

Had our chair lift fitted today, 19th January.
Fitted by Gary. He did an excellent job. Explained all to us and demonstrated the chair lift with my husband in the chair.
Couldn’t have gone better. We are very pleased with his work.

Fantastic experience throughout, would absolutely recommend.

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves. Finally, the technicians which fitted the lift were friendly and professional throughout the fitting and made an effort to work around our requirements.
