Extraordinary engineering skill

This is just a quick note to wish you a Happy New Year and to thank you again for your extraordinary engineering skill in giving us such a brilliant chair lift. It goes up three floors and around three hairpin bends. I marvel at its construction every evening when I make my way to the top of the house. It works perfectly day after day. We have used this company for years now for our two wheel chair lifts and one stair lift and the service is excellent. Its a family business and they genuinely care about their customers.
