Today my mother in law had a stair lift installed! A fantastic service delivered by Perry when deciding on the stairlift suitable for her needs and his knowledge on the products was exceptional! Prompt delivery and installation by Leigh who was extremely professional, tidy, polite and excellent at the job! Thank u Dolphin stair lifts fantastic professional company who I would definitely recommend to others! Thanks again one very happy mother in law!

Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people.
PS about the complaint below about a £70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company £160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.

Fantastic experience throughout, would absolutely recommend.

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves. Finally, the technicians which fitted the lift were friendly and professional throughout the fitting and made an effort to work around our requirements.

We had an excellent experience with Dolphin Stairlifts and would highly recommend using them.
