Hello everyone , i am registered blind with a guide dog and have other medical issues . We have had a stair lift fitted yesterday WOW we are so so happy with it it will make our life more easier for us . Very polite friendly and helpful engineer who cleaned up after himself and showed us how to work the stair lift he was 100% thank you . We have told our housing officer how good you are and will recommend you to everyone thank you so much from Debra .

My Uncle had a stairlift fitted by you and I would like to say what an absolutely excellent service you provide. The first person I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and got back to me with a query instantly. The engineer who fitted the stairlift was brilliant. He was extremely polite and pleasant. He was so approachable with any questions we asked. He did an amazing job, leaving no mess and we could not believe the job he did hiding the electric cable. He is an absolute credit to your firm. Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people.
PS about the complaint below about a £70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company £160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.

I contacted Perry as a result of my Mother-in-Law breaking her hip in a fall. Perry responded really promptly, and the installation was done inside a couple of days. Fantastic response time, and a great job done. It will make a huge difference to my Mother-in-Law during her recovery. Great people to deal with. Look no further.

Fantastic experience throughout, would absolutely recommend.

I recently contacted Dolphin on behalf of a family member where they required a stairlift for the first time. There were many good aspects about the service they provided. Firstly, they stuck to the quote provided, this gave us great confidence in them and one of the main reasons we would so highly recommend them and use them again. Secondly, they offered great technical knowledge and always acted in our best interests rather than what suited themselves. Finally, the technicians which fitted the lift were friendly and professional throughout the fitting and made an effort to work around our requirements.

We had an excellent experience with Dolphin Stairlifts and would highly recommend using them.
