They installed my Stair lifts all very professional and polite also the man from bruno Stair lifts and to the engineer that came back from dolphin to sort remotes you are a star highly recommend dolphin😊

Fitted stairlift very good fitter said there would be a slight admin if I needed new carpet to lift stairlift £300 a day as you can’t lift stairlift fit carpet and replace daily in one day

Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..
