Hello everyone , i am registered blind with a guide dog and have other medical issues . We have had a stair lift fitted yesterday WOW we are so so happy with it it will make our life more easier for us . Very polite friendly and helpful engineer who cleaned up after himself and showed us how to work the stair lift he was 100% thank you . Excellent customer service, delightful people

I have recently purchased a refurbished stairlift from the lovely people at Dolphin stairlifts. They are a very accommodating family firm who listen to your needs and suggest the best solutions offering a very personal service. From Perry who did the survey and Sean who did the installation to the lovely Natalie in the office they are all delightful people who are only too pleased to help, so if you are looking to replace or purchase a first stairlift I would highly recommend you contact the Dolphin company and have a chat with them first.
They do not pressure you to take out a service contract and if you are on a budget their prices are very reasonable, don’t think you will find a company to beat them! Thank you Dolphin 👍
