I would like to thank all of your wonderful staff who were so generous in their advice, time and professionalism in preparing for and actually installing the lift and can fully recommend your company to any prospective clients.

Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people.
PS about the complaint below about a £70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company £160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.

Today my mother in law had a stair lift installed! A fantastic service delivered by Perry when deciding on the stairlift suitable for her needs and his knowledge on the products was exceptional! Prompt delivery and installation by Leigh who was extremely professional, tidy, polite and excellent at the job! I would recommend this company without any reservations at all.
The carpenter, Dave, took care altering our staircase railings in order to keep the appearance of no alterations.
Gary came the next day to fit the chairlift.
He went above & beyond to make the power supply as hidden away as possible. He even moved some wine bottles to do this 😀.
All workmanship was of a high standard & both men were a delight to have in the house.

Thank you to everybody for installing our stairlift. Perry who came and measured; Neil who installed and patiently demonstrated how to use it, several times. Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional, but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. It’s made such a difference. Cannot recommend more highly.
