We have just recently had our stair lift fitted, and we can’t praise the team enough. Adam and Neil were extremely professional and were very clean and tidy – and the lift itself is an amazing ‘bit of kit.’ We will certainly be recommending this company.

Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people.
PS about the complaint below about a £70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company £160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.

Today I had my new stairlift fitted and it has made a huge difference. I used to struggle getting up and down the stairs. I arranged for my mother to have a stairlift fitted and she and I were both delighted with the service we received. The time and care taken to ensure the lift she chose was right was for her was personal and professional and when it was time to have the lift removed it was done efficiently and with sympathy.
