Today I had my new stairlift fitted and it has made a huge difference. I used to struggle getting up and down the stairs. I would like to thank Steve and all team for your very professional service from the start of doing the quote right up until today when it was fitted and tested the fitter also took the time to explain everything from how it is installed to a full working demonstration of working the stairlift. Thank you all so much. I will be recommending you to my friends and family..

Words escape me !!
My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift.
The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job.
We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off.
He turned it on and left.
She has now received a £70 bill and the company say …..oh yes that is our standard charge!
And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!!
No understanding at all or mention of a reduction ,
The parting words were Well at least you didn’t have to pay for any parts..
